Change is hard. When we first sat down, the owner of Sea Light Design-Build really liked his current logo. It was comfy, like a soft, worn, familiar sweater. And while the current logo was working just fine, it was old, stale and desperately needed some modernization. Fortunately, the owner understood this and was willing to trust us with the branding project.
While we presented some great options after a thorough discovery process, it was the below logos that won the owner’s approval in the end. The new logos carefully married attributes from the old logo into a new fresh design. And because a sister company was born, at the same time the new logo was coming to fruition, it was easy to house “Exteriors” in the same architecture as the new Sea Light Design Build logo … with a few edits.
